just use "Bond". the dropdown is not reported to the IRS it's just Turbotax trying to be clever with the box entry prompts.
If "USA Treasury Notes" isn't listed as an option in the 1099-B investment type dropdown, select "Other" or the closest option that matches, such as "Notes" or "Bonds".
You can then specify details about the Treasury Notes as prompted.
Make sure to enter all the information exactly as it appears on your 1099-B form.
