I am having trouble getting my AGI number. I tried getting on IRS.gov and it told me my info does not match there records. So how can I get it?

If you filed your 2017 return using TurboTax Online, you can get your AGI for free by taking the following steps:

1. Log into the account you filed your 2017 tax return and navigate to Tax Home.

2. Click on Your tax returns & documents.

3. Click the 2017 tax year.

4. Click View adjusted gross income (AGI), and you will see the AGI from your 2017 tax return.

If you used a different tax preparation software, you will need to revisit their site to inquire as to how to access a copy of your prior-year return.
