I am having a problem with filing my state tax returns after successfully filing my federal taxes. when i click continue on finalizing the state taxes the screen freezes

You have to e-file your federal return first, and then your state. The state will not accept a return until the IRS has accepted your federal return. If you are waiting for federal forms you will also have to wait to file your state.

I have already filed my federal taxes and they were accepted. I got an email from turbo tax saying state taxes were ready to file right after my federal was accepted
