You cannot using the TT program ... some other DIY programs and local paid tax professionals may be able to do so.

So I just found this on the TT website:

If you started your 2019 return on TurboTax Online you have until October 31 to file your return online, but it may be subject to late filing fees.

I started them online, how do I file before Saturday?

If you started a return online before 10/16 then log in to your account and complete the entire interview and all 3 steps of the FILE tab.
