New Hampshire uses Form DP-10 for full or part-year residents. The DP-10 only has to be filed if the taxpayer received more than $2400 (single) or $4800 (joint) of interest and/or dividends.
So if you are not required to file this form you can just delete the NH return in the STATE tab.
Hello. I have exceeded the joint interest and/or dividend threshold of $4800 and am still not able to select the checkbox for DP-10 electronic filing. Are there any other reasons you know of why this might be the case? I'll note this is now for the 2021 tax year - although the same thing happened to me in 2020. Thank you.
To try and resolve this issue, I would first manually update your software. If after doing so, you are still experiencing the same issue, you can either mail it in or e-file directly with the state.
