What is shown in the File section of the program on Step 1? It shows the order summary. Are there amounts entered in the order summary?

Do you have a state tax due? We cannot see your screen and we do not know where you are seeing the numbers you are talking about. TurboTax gives you a summary that nets out the difference between a federal refund and state tax due, for example. So....do you owe $50 to the state?
