I am finishing my taxes and it will not let me file my state and keeps bringing me back to Form 8582. The form states "form not required to be filed" how do I bypass?

The only box that is becoming available for me to update is my name which is entered correctly?

Try deleting the Form 8582 using the steps outlined in the TurboTax FAQ linked below.

@mariellerose11 If your state return is a Maryland return, this is a known issue within TurboTax 2021 and is under investigation. See the linked article below for an opportunity to sign up for email notification of when the issue has been resolved.
