I am filing under status married filing separately. I include my spouses wages on my forms, do I also include his withholding taxes?

If you choose to file Married filing separately, each spouse reports his/her income (and withholdings, deductions) on separate tax returns. You do enter your spouse's wages on your tax return.

Please note that when filing separately, both spouses have to use the same method of deductions. Either both spouses use the standard deduction OR both spouses use itemized deductions. ONe spouse cannot use the standard deduction while the other spouse use itemized deductions.
