The program takes care of that for you. Assuming the tools are for a W-2 job, that's dealt with under the Deductions & Credits tab in the Job Related Expenses section.
The first thing you should know about the Job-Related Expenses Deduction is that it is very difficult to qualify for this deduction. That's because the expense limit is so high. In order to qualify, your job-related expenses must be more than 2% of your AGI (adjusted gross income).
If your moving expenses were incurred for the convenience of your employer, they're reported under the Deductions & Credits tab in the Other Deductions & Credits section. There's a button under that heading for "Moving Expenses". Note that if the move was not for the convenience of the employer, then they're not deductible.
