I am filing in MA, but have health insurance through my parents in CT. How do I file that since I don't have a 1099-HC

There is a place to enter information from your medical insurance card. 

1. In the Massachusetts return on, Let's Go Over Your Health Insurance Information, click Continue 
2. When you come to the interview question When did you have minimum creditable coverage (MCC)? select yes if your insurance qualifies. 
3. When you come to the interview question What type of health insurance did you have in 2022?    Select  I had private insurance.
4. It will prompt you for information from your insurance card

My insurance card doesn't have that information on it

The subscriber number should be on your card and the federal ID number should be on their website or available with customer service.
