Try these options to fix your Drivers' License issue:

• Double check that you are not entering the expiration date on the issued date, and vice versa. 
• Make sure the date is entered in the following format (MM/DD/YYYY)
• Remove any extra spaces. Make sure that there are no extra spaces.

You can also try to clear your Cache and Cookies and re enter your driver’s license number.

I have the same problem. I cleaned the cache and no luck.  An example of my birth date is 09/04/75. It will not accept it for the Additional Verification Page.

A Driver's License is not required to Efile, it's just an additional ID verification.  Choose the option 'I don't have...'  on that page.

Have you tried 09/04/1975?
