I am doing the taxes for my brother in law and mother in law who cannot do them. I want to use the free version of Turbotax as they have no deductions. How do I log in?

You can log in using your own email address or theirs. You will need access to the email, because you will be sent notifications.

Each person needs their own user name. I advise you to write them all down, including passwords, for ease of entry at a  later date.
