I am doing my sons taxes, I claim him as my dependent when I get to federal review it tells me I need to finish healthcare section but it wont let me

I had the same problem.  I went back to Personal Info, changed my answer for the question can you be claimed by another to No.  Went to the Healthcare section completed the questions, then went back to the Personal Info section and changed my answer back to yes. Then it allowed me to continue in the Federal Review section.
