If you'd like to file a joint return as a homeowner and recipient of K-1 income, you should be able to complete your personal return in Deluxe. TurboTax will prompt you to upgrade if your tax situation requires a different software version. https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/compare/online/

If you'd like to file your partnership return (and issue K-1 forms), you'd need to use TurboTax Business: https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/
