I am currently paying on an installment plan for 2014 taxes. Do I enter the amount I owe somewhere, so it'll be paid off with a portion of my return?

No. There is no entry required on your tax return for a balance due from another tax year.

The IRS will connect the two returns and will likely hold some or all of your refund to apply towards that debt.
