I am covered under my parents medical insurance(not a ACA) but my return has been rejected because Im not entering a 1095A. How do I correct this?

I can't be claimed as one of their dependents but  I am still on their insurance

Go back to Deductions and Credits section of return. Under medical, check and make sure you answered NO to the question Did you receive Form 1095A?  and continue to save the information that will resolve the reject.

You will need to include their 1095A on your return.  When you enter it, you will enter the numbers as they appear on the form.  Then once you get to the end, you can allocate 0% to yourself.  This will allow your return to be accepted, but will not affect the numbers on your return.
