I am considered a 100% disabled veteran by the V.A.,so do i still have to file by midnight today ?

do i need to file an extension for filing late,even if i don't have to file ?

It depends, if the non-taxable VA disability is your only income then you do not have to file. But if you have other taxable income over the filing threshold then you will either have to file by 11:59 pm local time or have to file an extension to avoid being late.
