TurboTax provides the Audit Support Center free to users.  More information and a phone number is included on that webpage.

TurboTax also offers optional Audit Defense add-on services for a fee: MAX Defend and Restore (TurboTax Online), PLUS, or as a standalone service (TurboTax desktop software). Those services include  full audit representation by a licensed tax professional, including representation in front of the IRS.

Unless you have Audit Defense, contact the tax agency right away with any questions or to respond to the issue they have raised or proposed changes.
