I am being asked, " Is SNOHOMISE COUNTY a state or local government? ". It's a local government. But I am only given the choice to answer Yes or No. What should I do?

Answer YES, the "or" is not meant to be exclusive.  It's poorly worded, and confusing as are many of the T-T questions and/or instructions.  Hope this helps

Since you indicate it's a local government, answer Yes.

For your state or local return, the program just needs to know whether it's a state or local government.  You indicate that it's one of those two, so answer affirmatively.
