There are two ways to delete the Form 1099-K:

1. Open your return
2. Search for 1099-K
3. Select Jump to
4. From here you can select the trash icon to delete it

You could also:

1. Open your return
2. On Tax Home, select Start
3. Continue, or Pick up where you left off 
4. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools
5. In the pop-up window Tool Center
6. Select Delete a form.
7. Select Delete next to Form 1099-K
