I am attempting to complete a 1099-MISC and not sure how to get it done.

The easiest way to enter to your 1099-MISC is to type 1099misc into the search box, then click on 'Jump to 1099misc'. TurboTax will take you to your work summary where you can set up your business Schedule C or add your 1099-MISC income.
