Yes, when you reach the File section of the program you will see 3 steps. It sounds as if you are at Step 1. Once you reach Step 2, you will have the option to select your refund method. (see screenshot)

I would like a refund for the expert help I paid for. The "expert" did a screen share, had me open final review, and said, you're all set. I did not need an "expert."
