I am an Independent Sub Contractor and I worked from home and was paid by checks and direct deposit but did not receive a 1099. Where do I add my income? 1099-MISC or K?

If you do not receive any tax forms (1099-MISC or 1099-K), you can report your self-employed income as a lump sum under Additional Income.
