If you use TurboTax Online Self-Employed or the TurboTax CD/Download Home & Biz, the Schedule C to report your income and expenses is included in the package.

I hired freelance contractors and issued 1099-NEC forms. Turbo Tax lets you E-File to the IRS, but do some states require additional filing directly to state tax dept?
