I am an active duty member of the military stationed in NE, but my state of residence is WA. I was wrongly charged over $900 in state income tax and need help

My LES says my state of residence is Washington State. My drivers license is Washington state. I have other forms that says my state of legal residence is Washington State.

Did you have any income in Nebraska other than your military pay? Only your military pay would be exempt from Nebraska income tax.
