I am about ready to file for an extension. Since you will be sending my tax forms along with the form 4852,will I be able to make any corrections when I file in June or

The information you enter for an extension is minimal, and can except for personal identification information, can be changed when you prepare your tax returns.  You can print and review your return anytime after you pay.
