I am a W2 employee that works completely from home - and I have business deductions. Do I need to purchase the Turbo Tax Self Employed version?

I have many business deductions as I work completely from home, there is no separate work office.

No. You can deduct some unreimbursed job-related costs on Schedule A if you itemize.
