If you are a sole proprietor, then you and your sole proprietorship as considered one and the same for US income tax purposes. Your self-employment income will be reported on your Schedule C. I doesn't matter to the IRS if the 1099-MISC is under your SSN or your company EIN as long as the correct amount is reported on your Schedule C.
If you want to have it corrected, then you would need to contact the provider of your 1099-MISC and ask for a correctly from 1099-MISC
