You mean that your employer is not withholding anything? Ask the employer. Perhaps your earnings have not passed the threshold that requires withholding.

Even though they are not taking out federal withholding are they taking out the mandatory Social Security and Medicare tax (FICA)? Or are they paying you as a independent contractor? Ask if you will get a W2 or 1099 at the end of the year.

The other taxes are being with held. I am not a contractor.
