I am a self-employed independent contractor that operates two businesses out of my home, so do I file two income tax returns?
My businesses are Mystery shopping and Lyft driver and I recieved disability SSA.

You do not file two income tax returns. However, you do file two separate Schedule Cs for the mystery shopping and Lyft income.
Here are the directions. When you complete the first, you can return and click "Add another business".

Please be sure that the Social Security Admin knows about your other income. SSDI is for folks who are unable to work.
