You will need to use the TurboTax Self-Employed online version (or the TurboTax Home and Business CD/downloaded version) in order to report income and expenses from your business on Schedule C and enter your W-2 from your full time job.

With a Schedule C included as part of your return, you will be filing Form 1040.

How do I change the value for line 48 of form 140x on an amended AZ tax return? I mistakenly entered the Federal value for my original return.
