Yes, if you meet the qualifications to be a resident alien (can pass the green card test since you do not meet the substantial presence test) then you can use TurboTax to file your tax return. If you do not meet the Green Card test, you will need to visit our partner site Sprintax.com to file your return as a NonResident Alien.
