You have to Clear and Start Over to delete everything that was entered. To do so;

Sign into your account
Select 'Take me to my return' (orange rectangle)
Once inside the return, select My Account on the top of your screen
In the drop down box you'll see Clear and Start Over

This deletes everything that was inputted.
