Are you a US citizen or resident? If you are, you would need to file to include worldwide income including any interest earned in your foreign accounts.

Will I need to report this transaction on my U.S. tax return if I used Apple Pay to buy USDC via Coinbase and then used that USDC only to pay for a personal subscription?
