If you had income over $4300 --not counting Social Security---no one can claim you as a dependent,  If your income was less than $4300 in 2021 then she might be able to claim you for the $500 credit for other dependents.

Yes, your mother can still claim you as a dependent as long as you meet ALL the requirements to be claimed as a dependent. Here are the following requirements:

• You're a U.S. citizen, resident alien, national, or a Canadian or Mexican resident.
• You're not filing a joint return with your spouse (if married)
• You lived with your mother the entire year (exceptions apply).
• You made less than $4,300 in 2021.
• Your mother provided more than half of their financial support.

If your mother can claim you as a dependent, then you'll have to indicate that someone can claim you as a dependent.
