EBay is business significant source of income I get 1099k. Can I deduct my health market place premiums?

If the W-2 employer does not offer health insurance (and if your spouse's job does also not offer insurance) then you can use the self-employed deduction for your marketplace plan.

IRS publication 535: "You can’t take the deduction for any month you were eligible to participate in any employer (including your spouse's) subsidized health plan at any time during that month, even if you didn’t actually participate."
