I already purchased a download but don't see it here

You are in an online account. in home page MyTurboTax The download is link is top right corner in blue Access CD/Download Software...https://turbotax.intuit.com/commerce/account/secure/downloads_unlocks.jsp.

Once you download the software, you no longer need to sign into your account.
