I already paid my Federal taxes separately. Is turbo going to deduct the payment for my federal taxes also?

TT does not pay your taxes due.

If you listed your banking info and said to do direct debit in your return, TT provides the IRS with that info, and the govt then pulls the payment. So go to the File tab and see what you did.
