Please explain how you did that. How did you already pay your state tax due without preparing a state tax return to see how much you owe?
Having state income taxes withheld from your wages or paying estimated state tax payments does not relieve you of the responsibility for filing a state tax return.
You can choose to skip filing your state return for now and just file your Federal return. However, you should be aware that you may still be required to file a state return depending on your income and your state's filing requirements.
