I already filed my federal through a different service. In order to file my state through turbo tax I had to re-file my federal. Will there be a conflict?

I already filed my federal through a different service. In order to file my state through turbo tax I had to re-file my federal. Will there be a conflict?

No conflict but  you will get a Fed reject
