I already filed my federal taxes with another e-file company and paper filed my nys taxes. Can you delete my turbo tax filings?

No one has access to your account.   If you are not going to use TT to file a return, you can just abandon the return and the account, or you can clear out the return you started if you have not gone too far with it to clear it.   It will not be filed.  No one else can file it for you.

 

 

You can follow the instructions to clear it--and then just do not start over.

You can not delete or merge accounts.

You can try to clear all of the information in your TurboTax account for this year but you will need to Contact Customer Support  to have an account deactivated for more of a resolution.
