I already efiled my federal return with H&R Block, but I didnt file my state. How do I only file my state return with turbo tax

Unfortunately TurboTax does not allow for stand-alone State tax Return Filing. While it is possible to file only Federal, State filing is contingent on your Federal Return being filed and "Accepted" by the IRS.
