Why do you need to download again? My screen shows you're using the CD/Desktop version of Deluxe that you physically installed on your computer. Just fire up the program and click "Start A New Return".

Your request was not understood by the e-filing service. - Invalid XML. cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'legalName'. One of '{filerId}' is expected. Please verify that your application program is up-to-date.
