You should be able to Edit or Delete 1099-B transactions, whether you entered them manually or imported them.
Type '1099b' in the Search window, and 'Jump to 1099b'.
At the Summary page, choose Edit or Delete (screenshot).

if TurboTax is not allowing you to delete transaction, this is normally caused by a browser error.
Use the Chrome browser, not the app
Click the three dots in the upper right corner
Select Settings
Privacy and Security
Clear browser data for all time
Then sign in to TurboTax on the Chrome browser
Go to Tax Tools,
Tools, Delete a Form and delete your 1099-B
Go to the program and enter any 1099-B entry that is still there
Then enter your 1099-B again.
Form 1099-B: Proceeds from Broker and Barter Exchange is a federal tax form used by brokerages and barter exchanges to record customers' gains and losses during a tax year. Individual taxpayers will receive the form from their brokers or barter exchange already filled out.
