I added a credit card to pay my federal taxes, and when I review the form, there are payment coupons attached I do not want? I only want to pay via card?

Do you mean you have four forms that say 1040ES? Those are optional vouchers to pay estimated taxes during 2019--they are not payment coupons for your 2018 tax due.
