I accidentally downloaded turbotax canada. Oddly, the download completed before I entered any payment information. I deleted it. Is there anything else I should do?

SO strange!  As long as you weren't billed for the Canada TT program, you should be good.  Just be sure you've completely uninstalled the Canadian version, just to avoid getting it mixed up with the US version.  The TurboTax FAQ below will instruct you on properly uninstalling the Canadian program.
