I accidentally created a 8915A. I cant get rid of it ?

I went to tools and deleted it. It says deleted but then when I go to check out it is still there. I did it 5 times ?

Have you tried saving your return and log out, then login again and see if it deleted it?

Try clearing your internet browser and cache please.
