You can stop.  Go up to My Account then Save & Sign out.  Then you can log back in from any computer anytime and continue.  Be sure to remember your username and password.

Here's some info on when you can efile.  Turbo Tax will start taking efiles sometime in early January.  But they will just hold them all until the IRS opens Efiling on Jan 23.
