Why I cannot load TT tax year 2019 CD on my Mac?

Cannot load TT for tax year 2018 on my Mac OS:10.14.2.  It keeps telling me to"drag to Apps.

So, just drag it to the Applications Folder and eject the CD.

Did this.  It doesn't load. Tried it 3 times with 3 TTicons in apps. Neither icon s load only drag again

When you insert the CD, do you get the pop-up box with TurboTax and the Applications Folder icon?

Try ejecting the CD, reboot the Mac and try again.
