You would need to print and mail your tax return to the IRS and to the state if filing a state return. If you do not have a copy of your tax return that you can print and used the online version of TurboTax to prepare it, you will have to wait until TurboTax completes the transition to tax year 2023 and reopens the online product access. This should occur by mid December.

Have you prepared the return already?   If you have not finished preparing 2022, the only way to prepare it now is by using the CD/download on a full PC or Mac.  And e-filing is permanently closed for 2022 returns, so your return must be filed by mail.   Print it, sign and date it in ink, and mail it in.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
